My Policies and Promotions
■ Order cancellation
I place an order immediately after payment is completed, and the item will be shipped from the brand within 12 to 24 hours.
If you cancel an order after the item was shipped from the brand side, you will be charged the return shipping fee within the country of purchase.
Products from Korea: JPY 700
Products from Europe/America: Please send an inquiry via message.
If the item has already been shipped to the destination country, it is not possible to cancel the order.
■ No returns for change of mind/size
Since it's sent from abroad, return costs are very high, there is no return collection service, and most Korean brands allow returns/exchange only within 7 days of arrival.
Therefore, exchanges/returns due to simple change of mind or size change are not possible, so please consider carefully before placing an order.
■ Returns are possible in case of product defect
If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of arrival. We will exchange or return (refund) your product ASAP. However, since the courier doesn't provide pick-up service for return, we request that you send the product directly to the return address “cash on delivery”.
